Booking.com Reservation Retrieval Service Issues

This afternoon, we became aware that booking.com's reservation retrieval service appears to be experiencing issues, whereas rates and availability updates are being sent though without any problems.  Bookings, cancellations and modifications are temporarily being sent from booking.com by fax/email.  These bookings and modifications should be added/applied manually to your iBex/Caterbook account.  We are awaiting an update from booking.com and will post any further announcements, as soon as we know more.
