We have received the following information regarding the email scheduler from Seekom:
"Unfortunately one of the uploads on (Sunday evening) broke the email scheduler. The bug has effected scheduled emails to be sent X number of days after the booking is made, X number of days before arrival and X number of days after departure. Auto-email notifications for new bookings were not effected.
This issue has now been resolved and the scheduled email service is fully restored. Unfortunately all failed emails scheduled to be sent between Monday, 2nd of July from 1:00am BST to Wednesday, 4th of July 1:00am will need to be sent out manually.
